This is the newest addition to the growing number of eateries offering Taiwanese street food. They are currently on pre-opening stage and are offering two for ten deal. You can choose between the bun (Baoze) and dumpling or noodle. Chose the bun and noodle as I am keen to see how their Beef noodle stack up with the rest of the pack.Ordered Beef and Chili bun. The bun reminds me of Tempur (the high end pillow/ mattress). Together with the beef it just melt in my mouth. There is no presence of chili and I find the massive amount of thinly chopped coleslaw distracting not just physically but also gastronomically. Instead I wouldn't mind roasted crushed peanuts and extra coriander as well as some more eminent chili powder/paste. Not sure whether it is due to pre-opening but all table get the standard Taiwanese appetizer which is hard boiled Soya egg with thinly sliced seaweed.BTW the food did take a while to come out due to system issue. As I am not super hungry, I'd rather it be late but tasty than the opposites. As for the service I did not find any issue. The service level in Taiwanese restaurant is typically quite high..For the noodle, I ordered the Combination Beef noodle which comprises of beef noodle soup with Tendon, Tripe, Shin garnished with finely chopped Chinese Sauerkraut. The tendon and tripe is the winner here. Must have been slow cooked to perfection. The Chinese Sauerkraut also compliments the dish really well. I wouldn't mind getting more of this in exchange for the slightly dry and out of tune meat. Would definitely come back and order Tendon and Tripe Beef noodle and possibly their dumpling and Mantou.Being new, it is amazing how they pull this off without any significant teething problem. Bottomline : Good food. Good service. Good value.

Decided to try something different for once and we had never tried Taiwanese food before. We weren't sure what to order so we just picked what everyone else had. Pigs ears (we were feeling very adventurous). Crispy texture with great flavour. Definitely a must try! Basil fried chicken was succulent and had a nice salt and peppery basil flavour. Fried tofu had a nice sauce but had a slightly bitter aftertaste. However, it went well with the pickled cabbage. Sticky rice with fermented veggies/sauce was so good.. I could've had another bowl! Their signature noodles in beef soup was pretty good as well. Overall, excellent restaurant and we'll be coming back to try some of the other dishes. Their breakfast menu looks pretty good as well.
Food was ok but the place was full of flies... Asked for some coriander to go with my noodles which normally given for free at any other places but they asked for $2.0 for it. Didnt let them rip me off for it. But yea it's ok but I probably won't come back here coz I like coriander to go with my noodles! Also only has 2 ,3 pieces of meat inside. And many flies ????????
