Marqette - Swords

Was not even here for food but just looking for post box on terminal 1 ran into Paul and he’s an absolute gentleman who helped me send my post card to its destination : I’m going back home with a memory of this act of kindness.

The chef on the Hatch on Marquette is an absolute star. His initials are MD. Don’t know his name but he is very polite and cooks delicious. He is also very flexible in getting you a custom made omelette.

The food is delicious and the service is very good, no wonder there's always a long quewe every time I stop and this place on my way through the airport! Special thanks to Elisabetha for the fast and prompt service!
