Bidra med feedbackI went in last night on my way home ordered a Gluten Free pizza and l couldnt see who or where it was made but unfortunately l was glutened am really suffering today. Its so annoying that such a famous company can not train there staff and have them aware of cross contamination.
On multiple occasions I’ve ordered food that hasn’t arrived and when I contact them they assure me of a refund that never arrives. Not only a badly run business but the managers and delivery drivers are scam artists.
Over 2 hours waiting for order. We were told multiple times only 20 more mins and still waiting for our order to be delivered this many hours later. Don’t bother order from somewhere else.
Not much to say apart from they WILL get your order wrong and they will not offer anything to compensate and will act stupid over the phone
Rang Dominos to order half and half as there’s no option online to receive the wrong order not once but TWICE!! Order; 1st half pepperoni, chicken sausage 2nd half pepperoni, chicken, chorizo, sweet corn jalapeños Spoke to the female agent who answered and advised of the error in the order for her to reply “So you’re telling me that it’s wrong” in a very rude and aggressive tone. We confirmed the order was in fact wrong as we were looking at it, we asked to speak to a Manager as we ordered a side with our pizza and wanted a fresh side delivered to get the reply “we made the chicken right” so we weren’t getting fresh chicken. In the end they confirmed we would get chicken.. Second delivery came to discover the pizza was wrong again. We rang and asked to speak to a Manager straight away, we advised the order was wrong to a reply we got “It couldn’t be I made it myself”, well in fact we knew our order and we could see it wasn’t right! The Manager asked if we wanted the same order. We asked for a refund to which the manager confirmed he would and hung up very abrupt. I would never order from them again!! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! The female agent speaking as a front line customer service for the store needs to be shown how to speak to people in a friendly manner rather than a condescending tone it’s disgraceful !
