I visited Hotel Chocolat at the weekend and decided to try the Clementine and salted caramel hot chocolate and it was absolutely amazing, would highly recommend. I perused the fantastic array of Christmas gifts they have on display and have decided I will be purchasing a Velvetiser in the near future. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop was tidy, clean and well stocked. Well done !

Just had a lovely vegan mocha made by molly, it was expertly made! The vegan cake was really good too nicest I’ve had!

Loved the salted caramel chocolate latte so good and even the hot chocolate was nice. The staff is friendly and the service is quick . They have enough room for customers to sit in as well.

A really fantastic choice of chocolate items with middle to upper end prices I was looked after incredible well by a young lady from Australia who was so helpful and pleasant in every way, I wish I could remember her name, I look forward to my return visit. I also got a one off 15%discount with my vip card which was a lovely touch
