Bidra med feedbackHad a lovely lunch here a couple of weeks ago with my friend. Curry goat was spot on and the sides were delicious staff were welcoming and friendly, lovely atmosphere would definitely visit again. The only reason I have given my review a 4 instead of 5 is that the kitchen timings seemed to be off and my food arrived a while 15 mins before my friends, also our sweet potato fries were another 5 mins after that. Our waiter was very apologetic though and it didn’t spoil our experience.
Gotta say, food was sooo good! Better than I was expecting, Definitely go back!
The food was soooooo GOOD!!. The first mouthful took me back to the Caribbean. Friendly staff and will definitely be going back for more. Curry goat, jerk chicken, fried chicken and rice and peas. All authentic taste!!!. Recommend 100%.
Had lunch today and it was lovely.big portion and very tasty.definitely will be coming back.welllllll recommended
Had a lovely meal on Saturday evening. 2 children 4 adults. On arrival we were greeted and a table put together instantly. Our server told us what was in the kitchen that night and took our drinks orders. We weren't drinking but we did see other tables bring their own wine. The menu is varied and the server answered all our questions and advised suitable meals for the children. You can watch your food being prepared and it does take some time but is totally worth the wait. I hasten fried chicken which was juicy with a lovely crispy coating and spicy sauce. Others had the curried goat which was so tender and melt in your mouth, the rice and peas, jerk chicken and ackee and salt fish. We ordered some sides too. The children's portions were big but despite this there was nothing left on anyone's plate. From arriving to leaving it took 1.5 hours but we aren't fast eaters. I cannot recommend this little gem enough. My dad who grew up in Jamaica said it was authentic and how he remembers it from being a lad.
