Terrible service—very slow, and our order was incorrect. The sides arrived only after we'd finished our meals. While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was disappointing and overpriced. I won’t be returning. Avoid this place.
I had one of the worst dining experiences ever. I ordered a medium rare steak, but it was served to me blue. When I raised my concern, the manager insisted that I was mistaken and that this was how medium rare was supposed to be served. He reluctantly agreed to bring me another medium rare steak, but it ended up being even more rare than the first one, with my plate pooling with blood—definitely not what you'd expect from a medium rare steak. The manager's attitude was extremely rude, and I noticed his mask was hanging under his mouth. I didn’t see any of the staff wash their hands, and the table was sticky. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Carvery. The chef kindly treated us to complimentary desserts since this Sunday lunch carvery is still quite new and pleasantly quiet.
