Bidra med feedbackSainsbury's Restaurant has permanently closed and has been replaced with an Argos store. It is disappointing as the food and drinks were previously quite good. I am unsure why Sainsbury's has made this decision for many of their stores, but it seems to be a cost-saving measure. Now, customers have the option to grab a sandwich, a packet of crisps, and a drink to go from the new store.
7pm and only one person on checkout. Poor service and no support staff. If I wasn't hungry I'd leave.
The breakfast at this restaurant was reasonably priced. The service was fast and the food was delicious. However, the layout of the restaurant was a bit confusing. It was unclear where to place an order or pay, and some items that should have been close together were actually far apart.
We have been here twice recently and the meals are always very nice and fresh and filling, the staff are friendly and very hard working (as there doesn't seem to enough of them to do all the duties. Ham eggs and chips are just great.
We were informed that there would be a 25-minute wait for our food, despite the fact that the restaurant was only half full. Disappointed, we decided to dine elsewhere.
