Kaspa's Desserts - Swindon

I highly recommend Kaspas, although be aware that their desserts are very indulgent. It's a charming diner specializing in sweet treats. I tried the strawberry indulgence waffle with extra white chocolate sauce, but couldn't finish it all due to its rich and large portion size. However, it was definitely worth the price. You can choose between ice cream or whipped cream to accompany your dessert, and I opted for the ice cream. I was very pleased with my choice.

Food was nice but the staff were short on the smiles. Our order was incomplete so asked about getting what was missing, the face, you'd think I'd asked for them to re-create the world! Food was all brought to the table at very different times. Missing one drink which I went upto the counter to request, no apology just a face as though I had inconvenienced them! Really need training on customer service. Wouldn't necessarily come back again.

The desserts arrived in just 4 minutes, the customer service was fantastic. I ordered the bueno waffles and a shake, while three of my friends also ordered the same dessert and a shake. We were all served promptly. Good customer service overall.

I brought my family to this restaurant because we were craving something sweet. We were the only customers in the restaurant when we arrived, so we were able to choose where we wanted to sit. My young grandchildren picked a large table with the air conditioning blowing directly onto it. The wonderful server offered to turn it off for us, which we appreciated. Since my granddaughters had been here before, I let them take charge of ordering. One server at the counter even offered us a taste of a new kind of chocolate, which was a nice gesture. The waffles here were the largest I have ever seen, and I couldn't finish mine. I ordered mine with chocolate and strawberries, and my granddaughters enjoyed the strawberries dipped in chocolate. We ended up getting two portions because they were so delicious. This isn't a place I would typically visit, but it was a special treat for my grandchildren. The prices were a bit high, but the waffles were huge and very tasty. Thank you for taking care of us.

Although my children have always loved it here I was never all that fussed about it until a trip yesterday changed my mind so much that I felt compelled to write this review. The staff were very attentive but a particular member called Adelie really made the difference. There was two mistakes on our order which were my fault entirely and he sorted them out really quickly. Also on picking up that it was my daughters birthday they arranged a surprise for her without being asked. Everyone really enjoyed their dishes and the Reese’s Creamy Drink was to die for. Adelie also sorted out a miniature sundae for me as I didn’t want anything too big. Well done Kaspa’s very accommodating and great service.
