Dairy Queen - Sweetwater

Pretty typical Dairy Queen, but their soft serve ice cream always seems a little smoother than under the golden arches.

When we walked in the lady answered her personal phone and left us standing there waiting. The floors were filthy and the bathroom weren't that clean. On the kids meal it says you get a treat. But when we went to get it for our granddaughter we were told we needed the coupon in the bag we had just thrown away. We explained it doesn't say with coupon in the menu. But she would not give my granddaughter her ice cream without it. Even though she knew she had a kids meal and we had just thrown away all the trash. Very poor customer service.

How hard is it to get a drink order right!? Passing thru (from Dallas to Lubbock) and got 2 drinks. Asked for cherry limeade. If they were out of cherry syrup, they could have said so. And it tasted like all carbonated water!! No cherries or lime in it. Of course we were already on the highway when I noticed. And no, the cherry syrup was not at the bottom “and just needed to be stirred”! ?posting a pic

45 minutes waiting for the new people to take an order was a little much for many. There just weren't enough employees that knew what they were doing. The one that did was awfully nice, and greatly outnumbered.

Went to DQ and had some amazing food. Steak fingers were nice and crisp, fries fresh and hot, not to mention the great friendly service from Issac!!!! Got food in a timely manner and not once did we see Isaac stop working or have a bad attitude from all the
