Mcdonald's Fabian Way - Swansea

The restaurant is not very crowded, has a drive-thru, and is always clean. Overall, it's a pretty good choice for a McDonald's.

This McDonald's location is terrible; they make you pay for ketchup, so I would recommend avoiding it. The overall conditions are good, and the food is okay, though the fries can be a bit soggy at times. The chicken selects are crispy and tasty. It was quite busy during half term, but the staff were good. I would rate it 1 star due to the disappointment of having to pay for ketchup.

I was refused service at this restaurant because I was on foot. I was told that my 44-ton, 64-foot articulated truck would not fit in the drive-thru. This was the only place where I could get a coffee. The staff had a selfish and wrong attitude.

Been here many times for food and at almost every order they manage to mess it up. Drive thru service is shockingly slow and terrible especially in the morning. Coffee quality is abysmal. You ask for a large toffee latte they give you a half cup of regular very bitter tasting latte without the toffee or cream. You ask for large fries they give you regular. Went for breakfast and asked for a sausage egg McMuffin and I was presented with this very unappetizing, disgusting, oily burger almost entirely covered in cheese and not made properly. More to the point the egg composition had egg shell in it. Threw it straight out in the bin and left in search of a better branch to have a normal breakfast. Every time I order from this branch it gives me anxiety because I never know what to expect. It’s either abysmal coffee, messed up orders or terrible not properly made oily bad tasting burgers. Convenience is the only reason why I visited this branch. Won’t be returning. Better branches not too far from this one.

Offer only smoked bacon, no other option. Have to request extra sugar for coffee not nearly enough in those quarter spoon sachets.
