Mcdonald's - Swansea

Absolutely terrible food, staff were rude and lazy shouting at eachother and other customers not helpful to old people who struggle to use kiosk and also forgot to give me a straw and shouted at me when I asked for one Will not be returning Thankyou for nothing

The staff were very pleasant and friendly, service was quick and food was as good as always The only downside was the teenagers making so much noice and dragging there chairs all the time. They made hell of a mess, all in the floor and drinks throw. So disrespectful to the staff for them to clean it all up. No manners. We had a little girl with us and she was even annoyed with them and she's only 4!

This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to for a long time. Having waiting at the drive thru for about 20 minutes or so needing to get back to work by 2pm was stressful enough then finally arriving at the window to receive my food, they got the order wrong a couple of times so I was sat there for about 10 minutes until I finally had my food. However I did receive a refund but it’s safe to say that I won’t be returning here anytime soon.

Waited 25 mins in the drive through queue to only receive cold food , soggy chips and awful customer service.

Was given the wrong order initially. Went back in and member of staff was quite rude. When the food came the chips were cold. The young man who helped me carry my order to the car was very pleasant and helpful. However, i won't be going there again!
