Disgusting experience on Friday night. Firstly the shift runner was on the phone the whole time. The front of house team member kept running to the middle of house fryers while taking orders. The whole place looked shady and the atmosphere was so gloomy. The chicken was terrible. Buckets of chicken which was terrible. Raw, poorly breaded chicken, all 4 of my friends got a bad stomach the next day. They don’t waste the products according to protocol, just sell whatever is cooked no matter how old it is. Would never go back! If you guys want kfc go to a more busy and better one, this one looks looks and tastes like an off brand KFC!!!

There was only one staff member, but he was fantastic. He served everyone who came in, took orders, and payments all while being friendly. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect rating of 5.

I absolutely adore KFC! I order takeout from there every week because I enjoy the delicious food and the welcoming staff. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. Wheelchair access is easy, and the service is prompt for takeout orders. The price per person is affordable, usually ranging from £1 to £10. I highly recommend trying the Fillet Box Meal when you visit this place. The food quality and service both receive a 5-star rating, while the atmosphere is rated a 3.
