Went out with the Family for my wife’s Birthday Dinner the meal and Deserts was excellent and Our Waitress Emily B Was Excellent Helpful and Amazing we Are very greatful Harvester has a great Employee there Wonderful Fantastic Brilliant Emily B Thank you once Again

We were given hot bowls for our salad and felt like we were an inconvenience to the waitress. The drinks no longer offered free refills, and the kids had a dessert included in their menu instead. The food was good overall, with a great salad bar and delicious scampi, veg sticks, and chicken pieces. However, the rump steak ordered by my oldest nephew was surprisingly small for an older kids' meal. While the food was enjoyable, the service was lacking. The waitress seemed disinterested and didn't communicate well with us. When it came time to pay, I tried to use a special offer from the app, but the waitress was not accommodating. She insisted on charging full price before eventually applying the discount codes. The situation became unnecessarily complicated, and I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of other diners. In the end, a manager stepped in to help apply the discounts correctly, but the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I won't be returning to this restaurant, as it shouldn't be so difficult to use advertised offers, and being scolded for not reading the terms and conditions was unnecessary and rude.

Anna was fantastic! She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond for us. She regularly checked in to ensure that everything was to our liking, including our food and drinks.

Lovely breakfast all fresh and hot and good quality ingredients but the experience was made by Bev the waitress. She was so friendly and assertive. She’s a great asset to the place

Lovely Saturday lunch complimented by our very good waitress Sophie who was Attentive, friendly and professional. Food was tasty and prepared quickly. Well stocked salad bar with all you expect.
