Burger King - Swansea

I go here often and always find the service good. Food is always hot. Staff are friendly. Never had any issues.

I ordered a royal and whopper meal at the drive through. After receiving my order, I realised the royal was missing and returned to the window. The staff member at the window reluctantly opened and said the restaurant was now closed. I told them they had not given me the full order. They said they couldn't make any more and I would need to come back again to get my order. I was not offered a refund. They took my name and said I should come back for a free meal. I don't hold out much hope, but will amend this review if I am able to build trust with this restaurant once again.

Called in for lunch today, as drive through. Had a meal and oreo ice cream for 2, people, £13, can't go wrong. Absolutely delicious food, much better than McDonald's. Chips were firm and crunchy, burger was absolutely delicious, chicken meal too. Staff were lovely too. Thoroughly recommended, thanks for a great lunch !

Absolutely disgusting. Staff have no clue and my child has a better attitude than they do. Second awful visit on a row and definitely will not be returning. Dead quiet, waited over 15 minutes for 2 burgers and a box of nuggets. Got refused till service by a young girl who needs an attitude adjustment, even though 2 members of our party are disabled and ordering via the kiosk causes distress. The place was a tip, no apology for wait, no customer service to be seen. Such more I could say but why waste any more of my time.

Wasn’t able to order on the machine self service so waited by the till for over 5 minutes and got ignored by 3 members of staff. No one approached us, took our order or asked if they could help. Quiet night too. We walked out without being able to order
