Hotel and room great. No staff in the restaurant slow service Food drinks: Didn't have option we wanted so choose something else. When the bill came we were charged for the meal options we hadn't had. Slow service not enough staff . Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Not great, stayed here last night in room 111. There was loud music all night into the early hours of 3:30am from another room. I called reception to check it out, called them again afterwards to be told they can't hear it, they came to my room and heard it and just said it must be travelling from the vents. I understand the guy on reception couldn't do an awful lot and he was very polite but I didn't sleep well and a good night's sleep certainly was not had.
