The service at Swan Hill Kfc is almost Flawless for a Dine

I ordered 21 pieces of original chicken, but they said I couldn't choose which parts I wanted because I ordered 21 pieces. My family isn't really into wings or breast meat, so I asked if they could leave them out of my order. Unfortunately, they said they couldn't accommodate that request.

The service is really poor here, not much fast about it , often get home and discover, they have forgotten something definitely check before you leave they don’t seem very organised 10.30 open and generally they will ask you to come back because they are still getting ready to open

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. Delivery service was mostly unavailable, there was a 22-minute wait in the drive-thru, and our order was incorrect. The food and drinks were subpar, and it seemed that many other customers were also experiencing issues with their orders. The overall culture, service, quality, and standards at this establishment are incredibly poor. It would be beneficial for other fast food providers to open up in Swan Hill to provide better options than this slow and disappointing restaurant.

I ordered my kfc at around 8:40 pm at Kfc Swan Hill at 322 Campbell street on 26/12/2022. And when I was at drive thru to take my kfc, one of the employee hand me my food but did not check if i have a hold of it yet and proceed to drop it, resulting it drop down on the ground, the employee saw the food drop down, instead of running out to pick it up or offer new box or at least say sorry, she did not do any above but shutting down the window at drive thru and walk into the kitchen. I paid my money for my food, I did not beg or ask it for free and this is the type of attitude i get??? I have been supporting kfc for almost 4 years now, today is my most disappointing night, i have never felt such disrespect. I contacted the manager of the store and she said she was gonna make a new one for me, but did not even inform me of the decision, just left???. Then when i filed complain, she offer a voucher, thats it, no sorry no nothing. Never come back again.
