Lovely chippy. Fresh fish with the perfect batter and always a friendly welcome. Gravy has mushrooms, yum.

Wow, what a fantastic experience! The service was exceptional and made us feel welcomed, like part of a friendly group. The other patrons were also lovely. The chips were great, and the fish was well-prepared—large and thick but not overly so, although I wished it had a fresher taste. The prices for takeaway were very reasonable. The curry sauce was delicious, and the gravy was surprisingly rich and packed with vegetables like onions and mushrooms, enhancing the flavor without overpowering it. We ordered two specials and two drinks for under £15, and we left feeling very full. Thank you, Admiral—we'll definitely be back!

We have visited this restaurant many times before, but this time we were disappointed. The chips were not up to their usual standard. I ordered the chicken, and while I was frustrated, I don't want to hold a grudge over this experience. Next time, I think I'll stick to fishing instead.

The best fish and chips I've had in years! The fries are fantastic as well. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning to this place often.
