Bidra med feedbackWe returned to this farm at a distance of 2 years and as then we had a great all km 0 managed by 2 very kind people, each course has been described meticulously, including bread explaining that it was made with ancient grains. Everything really good
We telephone and with gentle ways we ask to book for 3...saying that I am intolerant to milk and gluten and if they had gluten-free pasta... They say no and no problems I eat meat or vegetables. At which point they invite us to go somewhere else to have no problem.. I add that I have no contamination problems.. They said the flour flies.... Nothing served.. They don't want any trouble.. Nice hospitable treatment and above all zero respect for those who have intolerances....for the love of heaven I live very well but having them is not the maximum culinary joy...... Vote zer
We stayed at dinner in August and rediscovered ancient aromas and tastes of the Tuscan tradition. Very nice place managed by Mr. Luigi and his kind wife who manage to make you feel at home. The sliced delicious, never eaten such a tasty bresaola, cured raw ham 5 years, juicy tomatoes, fried with pores like my Tuscan grandmother. The wine of the house full but not heavy. Chocolate cake and wine to finish, all handmade by the lady with the ingredients of their farm. In short, I strongly recommend it to all those who love to eat of taste without so many frills.
Simple, rural environment, with beautiful view on the countryside. Family management, with endless expectations and absolutely mediocre quality. Unsuitable prices or rates. 3 insignificant cantucci 5 euro, as well as the fig tart, steep and fine as a slice of ham. 4 fried zucchini washers 5 euros, as well as a fist of trophies to 12 euros. In the area there are beautiful farmhouses at honest prices, but above all with a very different level of cuisine.
You eat well done all at the moment, a piece of authentic Tuscan in an intact natural setting. Easily reachable from Suvereto. Da ritirnatci!!
