45th Parallel Cafe - Suttons Bay

My wife ordered the croissant sandwich and that was what we expected. a fluffy, fluffy croissant. it was a soggy, hard to keep wet chaos. the eggs were average, the toast was great, but the service was less than average. there were many employees, so that it wasn't the problem. the food was discarded and a worker never returned. I would definitely try somewhere else.

53f outside cold with a steady brise and the staff insisted that the open window they sat us by keeping open, otherwise we would cook the cook our small child wore a hoodie sweater and their cover and shouted yet. To be honest, if they have so much of a temperature / breathing problem, I propose they repair it with others than the freezing of their guests. this contribution made google because a private email we sent did not receive any response. do not waste their time with this place there are many other food options without such problems.

Absolutely amazing food and service! I have been so impressed with everything, fresh, amazing flavors and always on point. If you get up to Suttons Bay you MUST eat here! They have been so kind, they catered to me alone and when bad weather called off my work crew they fed all of us in record time! I cant say enough good about the 45th...

Shady tactics! Don’t go by their website pricing!!! Thought I was ordering a $10 breakfast burrito. Only after I ordered did they mention I owed $15.90!! For a breakfast burrito!!? When I said that their website listed that dish $10, the reply was “oh yeah that’s really outdated”. Nice! Needless to say I won’t be back at this place anytime soon.

Fantastic food and service- Matt did a great job taking care of us even though the cafe was very busy.Loved the Big Bun and my morel mushroom omlette was to die for- where else will you find that??Overall a great experience, highly highly recommend!!
