Bidra med feedbackVery friendly place with excellent staff. Food was tasty and at a good price, much needed after a day on the coast. There is a large selection of food and gifts in the Deli, and we also very much appreciated the art on show in the shop some stunning pictures. Would very much recommend for food, drink, a rest, and some lovely gifts for home. Thank you for making us feel welcome.
What a great spot! Nice walk along the seafront to stop for a coffee and lunch, breakfast, or quick bite whilst seated at the tables outside (under cover), with our dog (waterbowl available for thirsty puppies). They were very helpful and happy to accommodate my gluten-free request, although no mention on the blackboard menu. We will definitely visit again and look forward to seeing the bigger summer menu.
What a perfect spot for a plate of fish and chips! The batter was light and incredibly crispy, and the homemade tartar sauce was just right for a cozy October lunchtime, much like a warm cup of tea. Inside, I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Catherine, the artist responsible for much of the artwork and crafts displayed there. The atmosphere of this bistro is lovely, and it's wonderful that we can sit outside on the deck with our dogs. I highly recommend visiting here. I can't wait to find a place in my home for the beautiful piece I purchased from the talented local artists. Overall, a delightful experience!
We discovered an amazing café with delicious dips and beautiful artwork by Catherine, who works there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We're so glad we found The Fat Mouse! It's also dog-friendly and has a cozy terrace. Highly recommended!
I had a phenomenal experience at this café, particularly with their fish and chips. The dish was fresh and not overly greasy, which I appreciated. The mocha I had was delicious, and there was a tempting selection of cakes and jams available as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our visit enjoyable. We had a great time watching all the dogs coming and going while we waited for our food. Parking was a breeze; if there’s no spot directly in front, there’s plenty of parking available nearby. This café is the perfect place to eat, and I would definitely return. If you’re in the area, you really must check it out!
