My first time here, i had had a bad day w car trouble, arrived before normal.check in with no issues. Id mentioned my bad day, n noted was done for the work day, around half hpur after i settled in was greeted at my door with wine and beers (as they didn't know what i drank! Complimentary to make my stay more pleasant. Lovely service from what seems to be management tryimg to make their place better! Good in em! I worked in high end hospitality.. and this is what we all want... the touch. Well done Casey n your team!

We had a wonderful stay. All Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast every morning catered for everyone’s taste and the couple of times we had Dinner there it was cooked perfectly. The facilities available make any stay there desirable. Close proximity to Canberra CBD was also a bonus.

Stayed here while at a conference in Canberra. Comfortable rooms with great beds and air conditioning which kept us warm on a freezing night. This hotel deserves more than 2.5 on Trip Advisor.

Very clean and tidy room with modern facilities. Nice and quiet with plenty of surrounding bush land wildlife. There was a nice restaurant and bar there, the staff were great to deal with during check in check out process. Location is good if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle in Canberra. We would definitely stay there again in we were in the area.

Thx to TripAdvisor reviewers, we chose this site for our Canberra trip. Not bad.... lots of schools group though.
