Bidra med feedbackWe often go to McDonalds only because we have kids and they love McDonald's food. The service here is friendly, but they almost always get orders wrong. ALWAYS check your bag before driving off because it is almost a sure thing that you will have to go back to get the order fixed. I arrived home once and had the wrong order and called about it. They pretty much said here is the number to the main office, good luck. They wouldn't replace any of my food. Almost every visit is a disappointment.
Restaurant clearly understaffed. One person working the front counter, drive thru, fries, etc. No time to head to the lobby to clean up or fill condiment station. Poor soul--probably no time for a personal washroom break. There is such thing as labor cost control, but that is extreme. Took almost 1/2 hour to get a Big Mac Combo:11:15-Arrived in the store11:31-Order was taken11:43-Order received
Very nice staff, consistant menu, offers Senior refils of coffee and find their staff value senior customers very well!
This is the first time I ever had to wait a long time for our lunch order. This store is equipped with the screen machines to order food and this appears to have caused some problems for the staff and customers as there was a long line - up waiting for their food order today. As a result of these new order machines, there was only one person on the one cash remaining in the store and another lady to yell out the numbers when the orders were ready. It was not " fast food" today but rather mass confusion. Of course, when we got our food, it was of the usual fast food type.
The one girl taking orders was doing her best . They are trying to force people to use the new ordering machines but just makes for slow service . The restaurant has done some upgrading and it is cleaner than the last time I was there. The food is fast food so it can only be so good , you know what you are getting before you order. I must say the new strawberry/rhubarb pies are tasty.
