Pablo's Charcoal Chicken & Ribs

On Friday for lunch. good place to get away. they have different salads. the wood meat is really good and has to try. I was somewhat disappointed about the Portuguese chickenburger, as the bungalow was cold and it tastes ok (not like wow) . I would recommend to try the other items than the burger.

Hahahha, food threw the name of the joint. beautiful place, short offers and eating is good. good staff and service is fast. Rack of ribs and double pab’s burger were solid. I had good time here.

Delicious Charcoal Chicken with that brush of chilli. This was my first time trying it after reading good reviews. And I should request more chilli on it on my next visit, as it isnt that spicy for a medium-chilli person. Chicken shop is clean, and I saw there are some healthy salad (which are not that “saucy and mayonnaise” kind of salad). Price is reasonable. Love it!

Chicken is alright , but the pork ribs are good. Chips are good but the salad is average. I usually go for the pork ribs and chicken combo with the chips. The pork ribs are best value for money item on the meny. The barque sauce though seems to have too much sugar. The chicken is alright nothing to rave about.

I used to live in Surry Hills for 3 years and this place was literally my go-to for a quick meal for when i really couldn't be bothered cooking. I moved to Melbourne just over a year ago now and i still crave Pablo's. I have NEVER! had anything like it. The chicken is just incredible, the chips are some of the best chips i have ever had in my life (salted perfectly , the chicken roll is to die for! and the guys who work there are incredible! (A good hack is to order a side of the peri-peri oil and drizzle it over the chips.
