GT's Hotel - Surry Hills

Standards have dropped. I've been coming here for the last few years, even after restaurant management changes. I regularly buy my lunch here as I work around the corner but today was the last. $14 for a stir fry that was 3/4 mushy rice and a few pieces of crispy pork on the side. Staff aren't friendly and attentive as they once were.

Definitely average Thai. The Pad Thai was nothing special and the noodles were not cooked properly. Pad see ew was a step up and well presented. Tom yum noodle was average also. That said it's not a bad place to grab an Asian bite while having a drink or two in a casual setting.

Thai food... Pub.. I guess. Used to be the Irish pub and now.. Thai? I don't really like Thai. And they gave me some other meal I didn't order. But I ate it anyway cos it was tasty

Literally the worst service I have ever received. the bald waiter actually told us to 'get lost ', all because I had the audacity to order a soy coffee! so so so bad!

Great Real Thai food,Best presentation,Nice friendly staff,cheap bottle beer $5.5 (can't go wrong with that) I would recommend GT's Hotel for a few beer or cocktail were reasonable price and tasty Real Thai food.
