Bare Grill on Bourke - Surry Hills

Last night we booked a table for 6 and received a booking confirmation. after the packaging of 4 children we drive in a maxi and come into a closed restaurant. standing there, cold, hungry and in rain. a few more maxi to take us home. why would they still accept reservations and confirm if clearly closed. full disregard for customers wasted our money and time will never visit this place!

This place must be closed by food safety officers. the whole restaurant was dirty, from the kitchen to the table. There was a terrible smell everywhere. my friend and I wanted a refund after I had seen all this, and the cashier said it was not possible (that was not served.) we decided to eat after paying $55 but then we regretted we were just disgusted. terrible experience. I have been working for a year in hospitality and serving food in these conditions is simply unacceptable. deep cleaning is a must! and they haven't done it for a long time.

This place was packed earlier, but his really slipped. dirty floors and tables, average service. loud bad music, football in the television and what about sports reminders? this place is confused, is it a burger joint a sportable? the personal is just sitting around and doing nothing until we asked for the least. burgers are in order, but I wouldn't travel too far from here.

A great place to meet friends for dinner, drink and catchup. Huge selection on menu and the chicken burger I had was delicious. Staff are friendly and know how to make a burger! Highly recommend you try Bare Grill on Bourke.
