White Spot - Surrey

I had to clean my shirt after a spill. I ordered the mushroom burger while my friend opted for a chicken burger wrapped in salad without the bun. This restaurant likely doesn't charge extra for customizing orders. I couldn't taste the triple O sauce, or it might have been missing altogether. I decided to add on the $3.99 option and received zucchini sticks and fries, which was a great value. The service was good, and I will definitely return when I'm craving another triple O fix.

I literally ate White Spots since I was 5 years old. The famous Triple O sauce was the same as it is now. ..and this sense of BC tradition is strong in the attitudes of locals towards this Canadian chain. Burgers and fried chickens are their landmarks, and although the menu has expanded considerably over the years - I am at one of these two menu points, and I am never disappointed.

I visited a white spot this morning for the first time and was not very impressed. My server, who was new, was friendly but made a few mistakes with my order. I had ordered an omelette with Brie and ham, arugula, and "smash" fries. However, I received scrambled eggs with spring onion instead of arugula, and no knife and fork. The fries were great and extra crispy as requested. I was offered more coffee but it was forgotten. Despite the errors, I appreciated the server's friendliness. I will give this place another try in the future and hope for a better experience.

The food was tasty, but the service was lacking at White Spot. They advertise bottomless fries, but we had to inquire about them as they never came around to offer more. We had to request a to-go box for our leftovers and ask for the bill. Additionally, it took a long time for our food to arrive.
