Wendy's - Surrey

While many other restaurants in this area have shut down, Wendy's at this location remains busy with long lines of cars at the drive-thru every evening during dinner time.

I have been to this Wendy's location about 6 times because I work nearby. It was a disappointing experience. The staff hardly acknowledge you and the food is often incorrect. One time, they even made a rude comment about my coworker's head shape. I suggest avoiding this location.

We just went for the summer frosty special (99 cents each) our 3 year old granddaughter wanted a vanilla one but soon discovered everyones elses tasted much better than hers. we all agreed, so we shared with her. place was clean. fast friendy service.

We have been here a few times and are usually disappointed whether it be smaller meat portions over cooked meat or something else. Service is usually great though

The staff here is so rude that I don't even want to go in depth. They all act like they own the restaurant and give horrible service. The place doesn't look to sanitized and run down as well. Exterior of the building looks like it has some crackheads sleeping in the back. They even close down earlier than closing time and you can still see them in the back chit chatting when they should be open and working. STAY AWAY.
