Wendy's - Surrey

Worst wendys ever..Undercooked fries in the potine. I Asked for fresh 2 times but was not, burgers was soggi also very cold inside.. bring your heater if you eating in.. never going again to thos location..need new management in this

I would give 0 out of 5Staff is incompetent and manager is non professional.The crew was so rude and used derogatory comments.I kept waiting for my order for 15minutes and no one acknowledged me about the waiting time.

Nothing wrong with the food. The food is typical for Wendys. Solid and still quite affordable. However the service at this Wendys is awful. Order online for delivery? 45mins+ and some of your food is missing. Order through the app or Skip for pickup? Of course it isn't ready when you arrive. That's not at all you're waiting 15mins standing in the lobby like an idiot while the staff goof around and laugh right in front of you. Did I mention they glare at you constantly too? Ordered here once in person as well just to see how long it would take. Welp! It took a wopping 35mins to prepare my order. Did I mention that it is never busy inside either? So why the long wait? Drive through? What the 2 cars inside the drive through make me wait 45mins for my food? Don't think so!This Wendys is awful avoid it. I reccommend if you're looking for a fast option in the area Skip this place. Go to the Mcdonalds just down the street. It's corporate its clean they're polite and its FAST FOOD!!!!Seriously Wendys do something this is unacceptable.

All average. Nothing special.Breakfast for fast food would be near the bottom of the list.

It was beyond freezing inside. Not sure if they are trying to save money by not heating the place but it was ridiculously cold in there. The fries weren’t cooked all the way through. My husband’s spicy chicken was okay not great though. My chili was alright.Probably wouldn’t go back.
