Bidra med feedbackI hardly put any reviews online, I don't want people or organizations to impact due to my personal experience. I couldn't resist this time, this was the poorest customer service I ever experienced through out my life here at Canada.I ordered a $27 meal (Which is expensive) but I liked their burgers the last time so I am ok with paying premium. I went to their drive thru and asked for a Chicken burger with sides drinks. The server literally forgot adding the main thing the chicken burger to the order and I left the store. I discover this when I open the package at home.Here is where it starts getting bad:1. I call them and the lady/girl over the phone did not show any regret or remorse. She blatantly said if you want the refund you got to come today, we don't refund anything online. I have to drive back for that. Alternatively, she said I can get the meal tomorrow or day after. Imagine the level of attitude and they being demanding even after messing up my order. She said I will give complementary Fries and post 2 mins she said I will also add drink for inconvenience.2. I go back to their drive thru again today (next day), same attitude again, the lady over the counter did not even apologize for the mess up. Instead she was arguing with me that you were not promised for the drink and we will just give you fries with the burger. She was stating it like if I was lying to her for a $2 drink. Slammed the window on me twice and came back with a coke that I never asked for. She did not even ask what kind of drink I want. At the end she just shove up the orange drink in my package as if it was a favour.Overall pathetic customer service and poor drive thru experience. Good burger though
My burger was very well made, no sloppy but clean and well proportioned. And delicious. A job well done!
Best burger I’ve had at triple o’s! Staff put care into building me the perfect burger. Bravo!
Drive thru takes a while, and food is kind of expensive, but it is pretty good.
I was at this location just now 9:30 PM, ordered 2 sandwiches, onion rings and a shake at the drive through, there were 2 cars in front of me, as soon as I was done ordering the first car pulled away, it took approximately 7-8 minutes to get my order from that time, the car ahead of me looked like had a small order from the size of the bag, when I pulled at the service window the sales rep said Hello, I acknowledge and said that the drive through has taken a lot longer, the girl didn’t look happy and replied bluntly to me “depends on your order” and after my payment went through, she slammed the window on my face and turned around. There were three other employees standing inside with her talking. I felt like knocking on the window to ask why she was so rude, but then I thought is not worth wasting time on this, these employees don’t give a damn about customers I think your organization/owners should put some onus on customer service training and good manners, rather than just making money. I don’t think I am going back to this location anymore.Poor poor customer service and very rude and selfish staff at this location.
