Tim Hortons - Surrey

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons of all of the franchises across the country. It astounds me when I stop I have called back to tell the manager there is no glaze on the sour cream glazed donut and I’ve been ordering that favorite donut for over 10 years. Then again today stopped here to take a chocolate glazed donut for the mother in the nursing home and was yet again shocked. The donut was half the size it should be and almost no glaze to speak of. It is rediculas. Clearly the staff and manager are trying to cut corners and save money but they really should be inspected by the franchise and pulled in line. Clearly trying to save money and I’m sure anyone else buying here will be sorely disappointed.

Everything I use this drive thru, they constantly interrupt when I'm speaking, and then they ask to repeat it again. Also, they never have donuts of timbits before 6 am Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Recently I've been coming to this location to grab my hazelnut cold brew with espresso foam . A lot of times when I get this at other location it is not made right. Sometimes the employees weren't trained properly. Haven't had that problem at this location Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There are not too many donut selections, but that is expected because it's inside the gas station. There are a few seats inside and outside if you want to dine in. Service is ok. It's busy most of the time, so don't expect too much. I come in here sometimes after going for a walk in the nearby park so it's a good location for me. Parking: It's a gas station so parking is limited. Service: Dine in
