For the first time, as suggested by someone with kelia disease. I am also diagnosed with Celiac disease and always avoid eating outside because of the risk of getting sick. As I informed the front counter about my diagnosis, they assured me that appropriate steps were taken to avoid cross-contamination. The utensils, cutting board together with pizza cutters are all separated and when ordering with allergies they make sure to wash away everything. The gluten-free pizza itself was tasteful and one of the best I had in recent years. Very happy to have found this place and will definitely be returned to the store due to the excellent service and food provided by the owners.

The pizza was delicious and one of the few meals that I didn’t get sick after during our west coast road trip. My kiddos really enjoyed their pizza too. The toppings were plentiful and fresh. The customer service was top-notch and the manager went out of their way to make sure Pizza Knight would be my go-to spot for pizza from now on. The interior decor is lovely and they put a unique twist on classic pizza flavors. I highly recommend trying Pizza Knight for your next takeout night or as an alternative to chains like Pizza Hut or Domino's. The reasonable prices and exceptional service make it well worth a visit.
