They do not have a system to track what is your balance in the gift card, always make mistakes and no management at all.

The boba tea is flavorful, and the pearls are chewy. The staffs are super friendly!They were running a promotion with gifts, and even though they ran out of one, they gave me a substitute that was even better! This made my day!Great place for awesome drinks and welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

Never going here or any coco branch ever again. Second time I bought and it doesn't taste good at all. 50% of drink is ice and the actual milk tea tastes like nothing. Such a waste of money. Go to Big Orange instead, it's way better.

This location needs to either hire or train their staff to have some good customer service skills. I went here twice and both times their cashier has always been giving me attitude and is flat out rude. Like please, its a bubble tea shop if they do not like their workplace then they should leave why are they giving attitude to customers. Don't recommend for anyone to come unless you want to argue or receive attitude from the workers. There's also other bubble tea stores in the mall now too. Also, looking at other reviews for this location it looks like even the owner who response to these reviews also has an attitude just like the employees...

Great experience! Employed the nice services and drink tasted awesome. The parking was easy accessing. Would definitely revisit this bubble tea shop!
