Church's Chicken - Surrey

I wonder how the health certainly did not take any action? the huh what they offer is unprofessional cooked and full of oil, they do not allow washroom, .and the kitchen is not clean the staff are respectless. the manager respected customers not completely ecclesiastical chicken and health bc should serve these strange twog other ecclesiastical chicken restaurants well and respectful, but all these dismaying employees only speak their own speeches during the order. they never go to this restaurant and should be reported to the affected department.

Ordered fried chicken, but when we arrived at home and opened the box. all chickens are too dark and looks like fried couple times. taste is so bad and terrible. after one try to throw in the garbage.

I can't say anything nice about this place. rude management, rude staff. I stole my order to house, the box opened to find out that it was missing chicken legs. telephone and complain. it was said. Oh, come back and we'll give you what was missing. Yeah, it's rough. I said, my time and interest is worth a lot more than that, she said, okay, if you come back next time, we'll take care of you. I just said two days ago that they only got a jalapeno pfeffer. make them a long story short, I will never return to this terrible place. And quite suggest others....don't give their hard earned money anywhere else, but at this church chicken site should review for minus 5 stars.

I ordered 2 sets of 2 pc chicken combos. I paid extra 2 dollars in order for me to have both thigh parts per combo instead of thigh and leg. I waited for 10 minutes as they cook the pieces.I was surprised when I got home. They did not replace the legs with thighs even though I paid the extra 2 dollars.They intentionally cheated on my order. This is being dishonest to their customers. This will be my first and last to visit this branch.

EXPERIENCE: This location has really fast service the staff are super friendly, which is the main reason I visit it the most often.However, I must be a bit critical of the overall experience, due to some improvements that can be made by the company.ATMOSPHERE: The menu could use a refresh, as it looks dated. Some items are not listed you'd need to ask for it. For example;1) What is per piece cost of chicken leg thigh? (Not listed on menu)2) What is the cost of ordering an 8 piece bucket, without the sides? (Not listed on menu)The apple pie packaging doesn't look enticing either, but the product is quite delicious.CONCLUSION: The quality of the food is good the staff are friendly.I would recommend the company to spend some capital on improving the design of the their brand. Make it more appealing inviting, so you can earn a 5 star rating next time.
