A&w Canada - Surrey

This A&W is one of the dirtiest I have ever been to. It appears that the staff does not clean the restaurant. The employees also have no manners. I ordered two Beyond Meat burgers and it took 20 minutes to receive my order. I wondered if they went to another country to get the food. When I asked why it took so long, the staff gave me a long face and did not provide any explanation or show any concern. They do offer vegetarian options such as Beyond Meat burgers.

Amazing A&W! My favourite location in Surrey! I'm a regular at this store, can't go to any other A&W after eating at this one! Their onion rings are just *chefs kiss*! So crispy, fresh and well seasoned! Tastes like they always fry them in fresh oil! They also have very friendly staff and the restaurant is never messy!

I usually have a great experience at this restaurant, but this morning I ordered two bacon and egg sandwiches, two hash browns, and a medium coffee with cream and sugar. The food was all good, hot, and tasty. The coffee was also delicious, but I had a bit of a scare when I felt something strange touch my lips as I took my first sip. It turned out to be the tip of a coffee stir stick. I'm thankful I caught it before it caused any harm, as it could have been a serious issue if it had gone into my throat. I hope the staff will be more careful in the future when preparing drinks for customers.

Cashier at the till she was so nice, friendly and kind. A bit act of kindness just brightens the whole place. Thank you to that lady!It is a location by a busy noisy road by a gas station and there are tables outside and few chairs inside.

Support our local businesses, best Chipotle sauce aside from triple o....updated they asked me to wait for 5mins,was 10 and then served cold yam fries, quite dissatisfied for a 40$ bill
