This place is very hit and miss. If there is the view of adult, i.e. when the boss is around, then everything is in order. if youthful but left alone, the result is not nice: the service is in a chick pace (because they are too busy, screaming) eating is lukewarm, the seasoned are skipped.

Never coming here again. What disaster tonight. Employees were very kind and sweet but waiting for my food for 25 minutes when only one person ordered before me is unacceptable. After I ordered a rush of people came in and my food was sitter there for a while, the one girl acknowledged it but didn?t pack it.. she didn?t wait for anything. Her co worker from the kitchen came out to pack it. Once again workers are nice and very sweet but the timing was awful. I thought A&w is fast Update just took a bite of my burger and it?s COLD .. not happy

Best A&W in South Surrey!! The other two should take the same quality in their product they serve.

I always go to A&W for their tasty meat burgers wrapped in lettuce, as I'm on the KETO diet. But today was my first time in the Morgan Crossing location and they gave me a free KETO friendly chocolate bar with asking if I was on the Keto diet. I'm assuming they just guessed due to the lettuce wrapped burger. That's awesome customer service. Just hoping this is not just a Morgan Crossing thing. No wonder property out here is expensive.
