Abc Family Restaurant - Surrey

We went there yesterday, Sat. it was packed, so wont go there on Saturday again! Our server did apologize not her fault as she was run off her feet. The food was very good no complaints there quite good portions. Eggs benny greeneggs and ham are my favorite for breakfast, my friend had the liver and onions senior size which came with desert , she enjoyed both. Yes I would go there again.

Went in about 7 pm. Not many guests in the restaurant.We were seated promptly but server took some time to take our drink order and then again to take our meal order.When the meal finally came it was OK but the steak sandwich I had was not tender and no steak knife provided. Not worth the $16.99 price. When my wife mentioned to the server about the room temp being cold her comment was " OH Its usually too hot in here " We were thinking about a group gathering there but the slow service and room temp changed our minds.

A group of about 25 were in the meeting room for our AGM, and ordered supper first. It worked out quite well, as when we were ready, the waitress took our orders. We went ahead with our Agenda and completed several items when our meal arrived.Everyone was pleased with their meals, all different! Served with a smile. The waitress kept water glasses and coffee cups filled. Our meeting continued. The Senior Meals were served dessert - we loved the rice pudding with raisins added and whipped cream! It was difficult to complete by 9 PM, but the staff were pleasant as we finally left about 9:40, well satisfied, and with our individual payments all settled.

Went for my sister's birthday breakfast with some family members, and while it was affordable and tasted ok, it was nothing remarkable...though she did enjoy the free slice of birthday cheesecake
