Herbies Pizza - Surrey Heath

I waited for 1.5 hours for cold pizza and was even hung up on when I called to follow up on my order. The service was really poor and the pizza was bad. It's a shame because I have had good experiences here in the past, but I will never order from this restaurant again.

We ordered 3 pizzas and some chicken wings with a delivery time of 25-40 minutes. However, the food arrived over an hour later, as the driver claimed to have gotten lost. The pizzas were not as hot or fresh as we had hoped, with cold and soggy cheese. The service was disappointing for a Monday evening when the restaurant was not as busy. Whether it was Herbies or Just Eat at fault, improvements are needed to avoid losing customers in the future.

We decided to try the American hot pizza with extra pepperoni and jalapeños. To our disappointment, the pizza only had ten pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza and just eight jalapeños, one per slice. The rest of the pizza was just plain cheese. I checked their website afterwards and found that the actual pizza looked nothing like what was advertised. The only redeeming factor was the hot wings, which were delicious.

Really good pizzas and good range of sides, beautifully cooked to order they put the larger national chains to shame, if you like pizza this is the place to go.

I've ordered from Herbies a couple of times and never been disappointed, the food is always tasty and the service is always given with a smile! Very friendly and helpful!
