Pizza Hut - Surprise

The eating was good, but had problems with the app delivery to order (so the low mark is a result of the app)

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. especially after I messed up my order and then told me that there will be another 2 hours to be fixed. the manager was rude and completely unprofessional. as someone who actually worked in this special load, my goodness really did it. will never order from them again.

Hortable sound pizza that sat too long on warmer wise. sa on the parking lot after order pickup because these super young children do not know how to do their job or do not care. even after 10 minutes waiting time from my car called. I waited another 10 minutes and finally went in and they pulled it out of the warmer and packed it and gave it to me. that's not a curfew! where is proud of your job? These kids weren't even busy and they didn't even make pizza when I entered the load, they were just standing around, but the young boy of a manager tells me that I'm sorry we were busy. I complained more than once about loading and I try to give him another chance, but pizza hut, you have to come down to this load and either train or bring someone in there who knows how to run a business. not that I am against young children because I am sure there are some out there that would make an excellent job, but there are not those who are now there!

Web site showed out of everything. Went to location and was told web site is messed up. Upon ordering I was told they were out of all breadsticks. Ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom and a medium pepperoni pizza wings and Cinnabon. I got home and the pizzas were missing the pepperoni. People were nice and apologized for being out of bread sticks.
