Pieology Pizzeria - Surprise

The staff was very friendly and helpful, showing us all the menu options. The restroom, eating area, and tables were all kept clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal. I also included some pictures of the menu. Keep up the excellent work!

I have ordered from this restaurant about twelve times now. I have celiac disease, so I always get the cauliflower crust pizza and have never had any negative effects. The pizza tastes great. However, there is no option to add a side of ranch online. Also, I accidentally ordered the same pizza twice on September 10th. I called to have one of them refunded and not delivered. I was told that the money would be returned in a few days, but it has not happened yet.

I absolutely adore this pizza restaurant. It's my favorite go-to spot. The staff is incredibly friendly every time I visit. The pizzas are delicious and reasonably priced. I love everything about this place! I highly recommend it. The ambiance is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Consistency is always excellent here!

I am only giving two stars because the food is good, however, the staff? Terrible. No one is smiling or friendly what so ever. In fact every time I come in (which has been twice now) I have gotten dirty looks from the staff. I don't know if this isbecause of terrible management(most likely) because it seems like a terrible place to work. I only went here because fired pieor mod pizza is too far. But I just found out there is a new mod pizza nearby. So I'll be returning to their friendlyestablishment. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Ordered 2 high rise pizzas and unfortunately the pepperoni one was, but the plain cheese clearly is flat. Showed the cashier lady who said the flat pizza(which costs more) is high rise. It was just pressed incorrectly. The correct thing would be to fixthe situation (whether that be an apology, to correct the situation with a new one that IS high rise, or to offer my money backfor the high rise crust only), but she acted dismissive. Used to like this place and used to have friendly customer service, butdon't know what happened. Customer service training and consistency needs to occur. Now I understand why the parking lot is full(for the other food places nearby), but Pieology is empty. Used to be so full with no seating available inside. How sad andunfortunate.
