Ihop - Surprise

Waited almost an hour for cold, soggy burgers, a sprinkle of fries, and never asked if we needed refills, and the table smelled like it was wiped down with a rag that was sitting in dirty water for days! The Women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was very obvious that I was not happy with mine and my kids’ good but nobody cared… The restaurant wasn’t even busy! Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I'm only rating this 5 stars because of the awesome waitress that my family got. Dana was fantastic, she was friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. Food was awesome this time around, and overall was just a very pleasant experience! ??

Friendly staff prompt service food was delicious. Our server, Heather, was very courteous and made sure our experience was very pleasant. Would highly recommend this IHOP and will be returning soon.

The service was fast and friendly, eating was delicious, both are what is worth visiting. I had to knock out a star because we were sitting under us and air venting that constantly dripping water on us/the table. presumably a bit of an injury to health...buuuuut that eating was sooo good
