Deno's Pizza Surprise Az

This was an amazing pizza!!! From now own this is where I get my pizza!!! Heading back north for the summer but will look forward to getting this pizza in the fall!!

I 've come to this establishment 2 to 3 times a month for years. Until today, I had no complaints. After today, I won 't be back. I 've never before been treated like scum for simply asking for a small to-go pizza box for my leftover 3/4 of a pizza. They gave me a Styrofoam dinner box which wouldn 't fit the rest of my pizza. When I told them I wanted a small pizza box, I was told, You got that, that 's all you 're getting! HOW RUDE!!You can kiss any future money from me goodbye, JERK!

I called to order pizza for my sister's birthday the person I talked to was abrupt and when I placed my order he hung up on me, then I called back and told him he was rude. Anyway I placed my order and he again hung up on me.

This place got my business prior to even ordering simply because of the hilarious responses to the negative and one star reviews. That being said, this pizza is as close as you can get to back home, chicago/pub style pizza. The inside reminds me of growing up in chicago with the local pizza places you had around the corner. First time ordering from here for a party of 50 people and got 7 pizzas. 2 cheese, 2 pep, 2 denos special and 1 veggie. All came out great, all of them tasted amazing, all of them had the right amount of toppings. So idk what the 1 star people are talking about with little to no toppings. Pricing is about what you get if you get chicago style anywhere so again i dont understand what people are talking about it being expensive... pretty much close pricing to oregano 's, lous, and geordanos.. im talking a difference of like a couple bucks. Cash/debit is preferred, if you use a credit card they told me nicely there will be an extra service charge. (Don 't cry about it everyone does this now, or worse it 's hidden in the pricing of the things you buy). Unfortunately they do not deliver but neither do a lot of other places now plus I Only had to wait a few minutes for the pizzas (no biggie) also they were busy so totally understandable. Thank God I found this place. Finally found a spot that feels like home.100% cannot wait to order from here again. Keep it up, and don 't let the 1 stars fool you. These people know what they 're doing.

Being from Chicago this was pretty close to my hometown pizza. They load these pizzas up and cook them right. Highly recommend.
