Kanton restaurant in solo gives the Chinese feeling instantly through their use of red square thementures and windows. they have many waitresses and open kitchens before they come so they can see the ingredients immediately. the unique difference from other restaurants near is how the owner recommends to give them what is fresh for the day. the restaurant is clean and bright, it is also open door, but they have some fans in the main kitchen. my recommended menu: stir fried bean sprouts with salted fish garlic pocai squid in oyster sauce
