Shuxiangge Hot Pot - Surabaya

Service was great. Food was not. The mala flavor was plain oil, that I can hear america invading it any time soon. The boiler was either on super boiling, or just warm, no inbetween, so it was very difficult to adjust the temperature. Pricing wise was as expensive as others with better quality. Maybe dont get the Mala. Idk about the other flavors.

Been here a few times and their hot pot is recommended. A range of soups available and an extensive amount of sauce for dipping. Great for families. Try their meat-filled fish ball, fish cake and mini home-made sausage.

The soup is yummy. You can combine you own sauce here.

Soup was good but scallop and crab meat was dehydrate with over freezing. Service need to improve as always cannot get waiter to help.

So many times are hotpot, but this resto is one of the best in Surabaya Good service, nice broth, nice condiment, must try.!!
