Ihop - Sunvalley Boulevard, Concord

My husband and myself were stopping by to have lunch. The server was not pleasant. We felt very uncomfortable.

Weekdays from 5 pm to 9 pm are the Ihoppy hours. I believe those hours I mentioned are correct. Anyway, it is much cheaper to go here during this time than to a fast food place, and it is nice to eat out in a not-so-expensive time and place. I enjoyed my food.

The service was horrible. This was the 1st time I ever walked out. 10 minutes (with no 1 else in waiting) to be seated. I asked for coffee upon being seated. She didn't hear me or wasn't paying attention. 10 minutes later she took my order. Coffee included. 10 minutes later my coffee arrived. I spent the next 15 minutes trying to get her attention for a spoon,straw or coffee stirrer (the last 5 minutes, my order was ready and sitting under the heat lamps). I had never left a restaurant still hungry before. I won't be going back. EVER!

We hadn't been there in a while but found out a favorite waitress from another restaurant works there now.
