Chili's Grill

Service was extremely slow and rude. I I just popped in for a couple drinks in between work. Was never greeted, might have ordered an app if a menu was ever offered to me. It was during a slow time, wasn't

The service was amazing. Our waitress Rocked it! The food took a long time. Chips were on the edge of stale. The lettuce in my salad had several rotten slimmy pieces in it. It was lacking some ingredients that were supposed to be on the salad. The restaurant and bathroom was clean. The parking area had tons of parking. The manager was walking around checking on everything. Tons of t.v.s throughout the restaurant.Parking: Tons

The restaurant and bar were full this Friday night. The bartender seemed to be running solo. The wait staff were very busy. The food was okay. Some of the chips still had oil from the fryer thick enough to make them soggy.

Been to many chills this was the worst food, granted it was around 9pm on a Wed but when I asked for corn tortillas got flour asked again got flour again oh well. If you don't want to fix a dinner then have only sides starters after 8

Severely understaffed. Tables that remained full of plates and dirty dishes, food, mess, etc. all around us.Upon arrival, the hostess almost seem to discourage us from even being there, let us know that the weary was going to be one to two hours, even though there were plenty of empty tables. We pointed that out, and she informed us that there were only two servers.We decided to stay, because she told us, she would squeeze the five of us at a four person table .The service was pretty terrible, lots of forgotten items, etc. but I don’t blame the waiter, I think he was just overwhelmed .The food was… meh. Cold chicken strips that were chewy, so I’m thinking probably the staff shortage extended into the kitchen as well.The bar area seemed pretty fun- lots of happy people, and what appeared to be very attentive bartender, I was sorry, I didn’t sit there instead!
