Deer Park Hotel - Sunshine West

After reading some average reviews, I was a bit unsure about booking at this restaurant. However, we decided to book a table for 8 for lunch and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The bistro wasn't too crowded, the food was fresh, flavorful, and surpassed my expectations. The staff were very accommodating and even stored our birthday cake in the fridge until we were ready to cut it. As a result of this wonderful experience, we have also booked a Christmas Day lunch. We will definitely be returning. Kudos to the staff at DPH for a job well done.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. I went there to celebrate a 50th birthday and the setup was beautiful. The salmon dish was outstanding. I want to thank the lovely ladies Lee and Rouli for the amazing service they provided.

Roslyn, Leanne, and the staff at Deer Park Function and Bistro are amazing! I brought a group of 100 people to the hotel based on my previous positive experiences with Roslyn at another hotel. They always go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and never hesitate to help.
