Bidra med feedbackI visited the drive-thru on September 29th and ordered the $5 bag meal, which included ham and cheese, spicy chicken, and 5 chicken tenders with hot dance sauce. When I got home, I found two ham and cheese sandwiches that were so stale the buns were hard and the sandwiches were cold. The fries were also cold, and there was no apple pie included. I was really frustrated, so I returned to Hardee's to complain, but the cashier treated me like I was causing trouble. She handed me two warm sandwiches, so I left. However, when I got home again, I discovered that the two ham and cheese sandwiches were the same ones that the cook had taken out of my sight to prepare. I was hesitant to eat them, worrying that the cook might have tampered with them. I've been a customer at this Hardee's for years, but the quality has really declined in the past few months. I hope the owner sees this and takes action before it's too late for the business.
I was really upset, so I went back to Hardee's to voice my concerns. Unfortunately, the cashier acted as if I was being difficult. She did, however, give me two warm sandwiches, so I took them and left. Once I got home, I found myself with two more sandwiches that I was hesitant to eat, fearing that the cook might have done something to them out of spite. I’ve been a loyal customer at this Hardee's for years, but the quality has seriously declined in recent months. I hope the owner sees this and takes action before it affects their business further.
