Rainforest Cafe Sawgrass Mills South Florida

When i made my reservations i asked for something close to elephants. What i got was by the bar right next to 2 other parties literally on top of each other. The restaurant was very quiet and no one else really around so i dont understand why everyone had to sit on top of each other. Not a very happy visit

I know this restaurant is EXTREMELY popular, hower they were understaffed. There were at least 2-3 birthday parties going on, Happy Birthday to those kids, but the place wasn't properly staffed for 2-3 parties and regular diners. We had a 5:15 reservation, we were not seated till 5:30, we didn't get our dinner till at least 45 minutes after ordering. They did kindly give us a plate of complimentary fries, but for the price, and experience we were given due to lack of staff it was just too much. I don't blame the staff, I'm sure they were overwhelmed. Hey if you are hiring, I'm looking for a job!

It was awesome , friendly staff and the food was great. We had a great time.

The service was terrible. The restaurant was not full and it took forever for anyone to do anything. People were standing around doing nothing. A place for kids shouldn’t take over an hour to get your food. The table wasn’t ready when we got there even though we had reservations. Took forever to even get a high chair. However, the food was really good.

MADE RESERVATIONS FOR TWO SATURDAY 12.30 PM ARRIVED 12 25 PM MADE ME WAIT 10 MINUTES AND THE RESTAURANT WAS 75 EMPTY THEN AFTER WE WERE SEATED WITH MENUS NO ONE CAME FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES I HAD IT AND TOLD THE HOSTER VERY BAD SERVICE OR YOU HAVE NO HELP AND LEFT THE PLACE IS EMPTY PLEASE WHERE ARE THE WAITERS ? WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN IT USED TO BE A NICE PLACE TO EAT VERY SORRY IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED
