Great stay with family and friends, the stay was great. the service we received made it much better, we did not want to take much dirty clothes back to home and during this process I met the manager herman he was so friendly and helped us every step. Many thanks and will definitely recommend this place to others. you are blessed to have herman.

Planned to stay here for 3 nights but ended up staying for 4 in August 2022 and cannot speak highly enough. Great value. First impression was a good one, lobby was very grand at the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Had a lovely city view on our first 3 nights which was mind-blowing. Pool was huge and right next to sunny isles beach so we were able to alternate between pool and beach as much as we wanted. Plenty of facilities in the hotel, including a convenience store and a lovely Italian eatery where the staff were absolutely lovely. Big shout out to joey the concierge who saved us. This guy is the best. It was our intention to drive from miami to key west however as I'd left my driving license at home I couldn't. Joey saved the day and sorted us a bus that would take us down and bring us back in time to fly back. Great guy. We had to cancel our last night in key west to get back in time so stayed an extra night at this hotel. The lovely man behind the desk upgraded us to a sea view room just because he wanted us to enjoy our last night in Miami. Big shout out as well to the bar staff by the pool. I really hope to return to this hotel. It was absolutely tremendous value. Thanks so much.

The worst customer service I have ever had in any hotel. Rude staff beyond belief. No customer service standards at all. Avoid. Won't hand out towels after 7pm even though the pool closes at 8. Never known any hotel to do this. Part of Ramada too!

This is our first time hosting our annual reunion at a Beach Resort Hotel. I was pleased my first visit with sales person MS. Gary Suarez. Gary, she had a sound sales job knowledge, she knew the hotel inside out and I could tell by her giving me a tour of the property that she was sincere and honest. When I saw the rooms fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, real dishes and utensils I felt like I was at home. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping ladies were remarkable. The mind blower was my Oceanview suite. What I like best was the location of hotel directly on the beach, It made me feel as if I was on my own private island. I did not like the fact that we had no place close by to eat. The snack bar at the beach menu could use some improvement, cost was a bit expensive and the food quality and presentation did not meet my expectations. Gary made her self available at all time, she even showed up to our night event to assure that we were ok and was not in need of anything, she also was very helpful in giving us ideas on how to set up the ball that will work best for us. She also assured that catering was give us excellent service. Gary is a hard worker and she is very loyal to your company. Gary enjoy what she does and it is fully reflected in the way she treat her guest. The front desk attendants were extremely professional and helpful so was the pool attendant and the bell personnel and parking staff. .

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted by the friendliest people. We were able to put bags with Joe at the concierge and go have drinks at the pool while we waited for our room. Elaine was unbelievable! She delivered our food and drinks to us in the pool. She was extremely friendly and accommodating! Then Francisco allowed early check in and 2 rooms next to each other. I can’t say enough about my experience!
