Papa John's Pizza - Sunny Isles Beach

Waited approx 45 minutes for a cheese pizza and breadsticks, after 45 minutes my patience ran out I demanded a refund, The employee there this loud mouth (possibly the manager) didn?t like my comment, all I said is what takes so long to make a pizza.. oh boy he really made sure I understood that he couldn?t care less . Wow what a nice way to make sure I never drop a single dime at any Papa Johns. I hope corporate and ownership read this.

Racist store manager Brittney, will never return. She made rude derogatory comments and when confronted she was dismissive.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. We ordered pizza at 7:13. It is now 10:04pm and our pizza has still not arrived. We have been on the phone with the store countless times where they have assured us the pizza is coming, the driver has it, it hasn't gone out yet, wait.. we just reversed in order? We have 3 children who we would have found alternative meals for if we were told it was, indeed, not coming. NEVER going to papa John's again! ?

This was the worst experience with food delivery service I've ever had. I placed an order to be delivered to a hotel I was staying at and their tracker stated delivered, when I went to front desk lobby my food wasn't there. I assumed another guesttook the food when I had hotel management check the cameras Papa John's never entered the building. I called them they stated towait 20 minutes it was a glitch with their system. I waited nothing. I called after 45 minutes please note, this is now 3 hoursafter i placed my order. I called the following day to get my money refunded they stated they canceled the order. However, mycard was still charged. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Extremely disappointed.

The worst papa John's pizza, very un organized, workers arguing with each other it took 45 minutes to get a medium pizza, 6 hot wings, the wings were almost Raw pizza was ok. My main concern was cleanliness , no one were washing hands, driver's coming infrom deliveries and just grabbing pizza dough, no gloves this was hard to watch, no one was friendly, all frustrated, Ipersonally will never eat there again. My food is still in the box this morning, Thanks Papa John for taking my vacation time ,and money.
